Sourcing and Supplier Management Strategies in Supply Chains

This course requires students to analyze sourcing strategies and then apply purchasing portfolio models and strategic cost management tools to sourcing decisions. Students will also evaluate the relationship between suppliers and their performance and provide feedback to suppliers. Required text: None. Evaluate strategic sourcing decisions. Demonstrate how to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
